VisaCross (the "Site") publishes visa-requirement information for travelers worldwide. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the Site and how we handle it.

What We Collect

You can browse VisaCross without an account. We collect the following minimal data:

• Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — used for security and debugging, kept for 30 days then deleted.
• Anonymous analytics — Aggregated traffic statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) — never linked to your identity.
• Tool inputs — When you use the visa wizard or cost calculator, the country pair and visa type you select are processed in-memory and not stored linked to you.
• Reviews you submit — If you leave a review, the name and content you provide are published; the email hash is used only to display an identicon avatar.

Legal Basis (EU/UK Visitors)

Our legal basis is legitimate interest for operating the Site, and consent for advertising and analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google is a third-party vendor and uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Site or other sites.
